Got upgraded to a big room with twin beds 😊.

the hotel is straightforward and clean, everything is really good. the rooms are clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff is very attentive and the breakfast is good. the location is marvellous, not very far from piazza grande di palmanova. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to town square.

A charming property, fairly clean, particularly good and magnificent location in the centre of Palmanova.

I keep coming back because the staff here is so helpful, they even printed some documents for me on my first stay. This place has everything I need: free parking, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and more. Can't wait for my next trip!

The rooms here were great - super clean and had everything you need like a safe box, TV with lots of channels, and a fridge for your snacks! the staff were really friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was okay, had a decent variety of food, so you won't go hungry in the morning. 🍳

I had a really pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel in a charming city. The private parking was a great convenience for our car. The room, although small, was clean and quiet. The hotel staff were mostly kind and helpful.

For a good night's sleep, make sure to snag a room with comfy beds and a nice view 🌅, and don't forget a relaxing bath before bedtime. Would definitely stop over here again!

the room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver considering the hot weather. the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. there was a restaurant across the road that served delicious cuisine and even welcomed our pets during our dinner.

We felt at home and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

We loved the excellent location inside the historical fortress city and the chance to visit the UNESCO heritage site. The staff warmly welcomed us and provided all the necessary support. Free secured parking and a nice garden were also big pluses.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel in Palmanova has a perfect location near the center of the city, allowing us to easily explore the star-shaped fortress city. The staff warmly welcomed us and provided excellent service, including a secured free parking spot for our car. The rooms had a nice view and were equipped with basic amenities, including a bath. The breakfast offered was great, ensuring a good start to our day.

A really great stay! Perfect location, just a couple of steps from the city center and a delicious restaurant across the street. the breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options to choose from! the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even though we had a last-minute change in our reservation. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed.

The only negative point was the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, which was inconvenient. the bathroom was small and not very practical, with a weird placement of the toilet and a slightly unpleasant smell.
